Wallace asked the Minister for Social Welfare the benefits available in Portugal for an Irish citizen, who currently qualifies for all meanstested entitlements, benefits and payments in this country, who wishes to move to that country on health grounds in relation to housing, income and other benefits such as electricity, telephone and transport; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
