886 Mr. J. Walsh asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when payment of a grant will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Cork under the control of farmyard pollution scheme in respect of works which were inspected and approved on 19 February 1996. [15764/96]

Approval issued to the applicant on the understanding that payment would be made in 1997 subject to the work being completed to the Department's specification.
