165 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Health the current status regarding an application for a disabled person's maintenance allowance for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; and when the payment will be made. [16600/96]
Limerick East): The payment of a disabled person's maintenance allowance in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned. Accordingly, the Deputy's question has been referred to the chief executive officer of the MidWestern Health Board with a request that he examine the matter and reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
