Written Answers. - Disposal of Athlone (Westmeath) Property.
As the Deputy is no doubt aware the property referred to is a store under the bridge abutment and is situated at Leinster Quay, Athlone. The property is surplus to the requirements of Shannon Navigation and it is proposed to dispose of it by public tender sale. Athlone Urban District Council have not advised my Department of any interest it may have in acquiring the property.
