161 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Education if she will have arrangements made to investigate the case of a student (details supplied) in County Tipperary who attended UCD for seven weeks in 1996 and is being charged half fees in 1997; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I have asked officials of my Department to investigate the circumstances surrounding this case. When my officials have had an opportunity to examine the case and report to me I will communicate further with the Deputy.
