145 Mr. O'Leary asked the Minister for Education if she will approve proposals submitted by Kerry County Council for an exchange of land with her Department in the vicinity of the proposed new community school in Rathmore for use as a new cemetery; and if she will make a statement on the matter. As a result of a recent telephone query to the building unit of my Department relating to an exchange of land in the vicinity of the community school in Rathmore, County Kerry, the Principal of the school has been asked to arrange with Kerry County Council for the submission of the relevant documentation to the Department.
When this has been received, the Department will contact the county council regarding its decision.
