Ceist:64 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for the Environment the concerns, if any, he has at the number of beaches that did not attain the EU blue flag status in 1996; and whether his Department will endeavour to see that sewage treatment plants are provided in resort areas as a matter of priority.
