95 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Minister for Finance if he has satisfied himself that all funding provided by the European Union for the Border region will be drawn before the expiry of the particular programme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16725/96]

I am satisfied that all funding provided by the European Union for the Border region, including the peace programme, will be drawn down within the timescale set out in the relevant European Commission decision.
