Ceist:156 Mr. Clohessy asked the Minister for the Environment the mileage for county roads in each of the county councils in Munster; and the allocation of funds to each county in each of the years from 1990 to 1996. [19304/96]
Written Answers. - County Roads.
The length of regional and local, or county, roads in kilometres in county council areas is set out in the following table. Grant payments for these roads are not divided on the basis of road categories. Details of grant payments in the period 1990-95 are contained in the booklet, State Grant Payments to Local Authorities for National, Non-National and Non-Public Accommodation Roads and own resources expenditure by Local Authorities on National and Non-National Roads in the period 1986-1995; which is available in the Oireachtas Library. Details of the 1996 non-national road grant allocations are contained in a booklet entitled, Non-National Road Grant Allocations, 1996, which is also available in the Library.
