288 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the cost of salaries and incidental expenses of all programme managers, special advisers and other non-established contract staff in his Department for each of the years from 1994 to date in 1996; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The total cost of salaries and incidental expenses for the programme manager, special adviser and other non-established staff in my Department for each of the years from 1994 to date are outlined below:

The figures include salary, overtime, travel and subsistence and ancillary costs paid to date. It has not been possible in the time available to obtain costs of air fares incurred for official travel by the individuals concerned.
