195 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to expedite the issue of a map to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that the delay is causing financial hardship. [19701/96]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no application for a copy map currently pending on this folio. However, there are three dealings associated on the folio. The dealing referred to by the Deputy is an application for transfer of part on sale which was lodged on 28 February 1995. I understand that the dealing cannot proceed until the queries raised on one of the associated dealings have been satisfactorily discharged. It is not possible to estimate a completion time at this stage. However, I can confirm that on receipt of replies to the queries issued, the matter will be expedited by the Land Registry.
