204 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Justice when a land registry transfer for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick will be finalised in view of the fact that the applicant wishes to apply for an installation grant; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [19802/96]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for transfer of part which was lodged on 4 March 1996. I am also informed that registration in this case is proceeding and that it is expected that the notice of completion will issue to the solicitors on record within 14 days.
