206 Miss Quill asked the Minister for Justice if she is in receipt of the final Garda report on the Irish Hospice Movement; if so, the action, if any, she proposes to initiate in this regard; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [19943/96]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that the Garda investigation into the Irish Children's Hospice Movement is not as yet completed. However, I have been informed that it is hoped that it will be finalised in a matter of weeks.
