77 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications if grant aid is available for the installation of an ESB supply to an old rural house which has never had a supply in view of the fact that it is costing a person (details supplied) in County Cork a very substantial amount of money to install a domestic supply.
