169 Mr. Killeen asked the Minister for the Marine the reason the Commissioners of Irish Lights continue to store equipment for the construction of a Loran C radio navigation mast following the July High Court decision regarding the commissioners lack of powers in this area. [21342/96]

The Commissioners are storing the equipment in question on behalf of the Department of the Marine, pending resolution of all the legal issues involved.
