112 Mr. Martin asked the Minister for Education the total cost in salaries, expenses and support services of the communications unit of her Department; the number of people employed in this unit; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [23646/96]
There are a total of 4.5 wholetime equivalent posts in the communications unit of my Department at an annual salary cost of £92,755.
The unit is provided with the normal office facilities and support services. It would take an inordinate amount of time to disaggregate the costs of these facilities from the overall administration cost of the Department.
