178 Mr. E. Byrne asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht if he will agree to intercede with the staff of the Office of Public Works to remove the unsightly shack which has been erected on the banks of the Grand Canal between Bluebell and Inchicore; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I wish to inform the Deputy that the shack which had been illegally erected on the north bank of the Grand Canal at the Fourth Lock, Inchicore, was removed on Friday last, 13 December. I understand, however, that another shack was erected there illegally today and arrngements will be made to have it removed as soon as possible.
