Written Answers. - FCA 50th Anniversary Celebrations.
A wide ranging programme of commemorative events was carried out in virtually every unit/sub unit of An FCA since last February. These events varied from commemorative Masses for deceased members to civic receptions by local authorities and a variety of displays and open days.
In addition, I was pleased to present a special commemorative plaque to a representative from each unit/sub unit of An FCA at a ceremony in the Curragh in November of this year.
I am satisfied that the events organised to commemorate the 50th anniversary of An FCA were entirely appropriate and comprehensive.
