75 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Education the progress, if any, which has been made regarding the provision of additional teaching staff for a school (details supplied) in County Leitrim; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [24799/96]

My Department is awaiting a report from the local inspector on the present situation in this school.

As soon as this report has been received and examined, a decision on the matter will be conveyed to the school authorities.
