I move:
That, for the purpose of any Act of the present session to make provision for the regulation by the Central Bank of Ireland of payment systems and bureaux de change, and to amend and extend the Central Bank Acts, 1942 to 1989 and other enactments, and to provide for related matters, it is expedient to make provision for the fixing by the Minister for Finance, after consulting the Central Bank of Ireland, of the fees to be charged by the Central Bank of Ireland.
