Information on the number of planning appeals decided in 1995 is set out in the annual report of An Bord Pleanála for that year, a copy of which is available in the Oireachtas Library. Page six of that report indicates that the average time taken to determine appeals in 1995 was 13.7 weeks and Appendix 3 sets out additional information regarding the number of cases determined by the board within four months.
