Ceist:168 Mr. B. Smith asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the proposals, if any, he has to lift the suspension of the control of farmyard pollution scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1899/97]
Written Answers. - Farmyard Pollution Scheme.
There are no plans at present to reopen the scheme but, as stated in Partnership 2000, it is the Government's intention to re-introduce it on a priority basis, if additional funds become available at the mid-term review of the Structural Funds.
