Ceist:109 Mr. Dempsey asked the Minister for the Environment if he or any officials at his Department consulted with any institution of the European Union in connection with the changes to the recent local government funding arrangements and specifically with regard to the provision of water supplies; if so, if he will make available all such correspondence and recordings in the name of openness and transparency; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
