238 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to expedite a Land Registry dealing on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Cork who requires title to his land for grant purposes. [4387/97]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for transfer of part which was lodged on 16 January 1997. Queries were issued to the lodging solicitor on 7 and 10 February 1997 and replies are awaited. The matter cannot proceed until the queries raised are satisfactorily discharged and it is, therefore, not possible to estimate a completion time at this stage.
