190 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht the number of personnel working in his office on a non-established basis; and the number of such personnel who have unlimited use of mobile telephones which are charged to or reimbursed by his Department. [8280/97]

There are at present five unestablished officers employed in my private or constituency offices. Two of these, my programme manager and my special adviser, have use of mobile telephones which are paid for by my Department.
