I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application to purchase the fee simple on a premises. Queries have issued to the lodging solicitors and replies are awaited. The application will be completed on receipt of a satisfactory reply.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing was completed on 21 January 1997. The new Folio number is 72012F County Cork. I am further informed that the schedule referred to by the Deputy was completed along with another schedule on 26 February 1997. The new folio numbers are 72711F and 72712F County Cork.
