134 Miss Quill asked the Minister for Justice if she is in receipt of the final report on the activities of the All-Ireland Children's Hospice Foundation; the action, if any, she proposes to take arising from the findings of that report; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [10351/97]
As I informed the Deputy in my reply of 28 January 1997, the Garda authorities' investigation into the All-Ireland Children's Hospice Foundation has required extensive inquiries which have proved to be more detailed than originally anticipated. The investigation is still ongoing and every effort is being made by the gardaí involved to bring the investigation to an early conclusion.
