Walsh asked the Minister for Health if he will have the child of parents (details supplied) in Dublin 24 taken into care on its birth to ensure its safety and enable the child to have a proper home and a secure future in view of the fact that eight children out of the family are already in care and one six month child died in strange circumstances; and if he will act urgently on this matter.
