Ceist:95 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications if he has satisfied himself that he is able to meet the commitments given to date in 1997 from his existing allocation. [12405/97]

At this stage in the Financial Year I am satisfied that all commitments made for my Department can be met from resources allocated.
The financial situation in my Department is reviewed on a monthly basis and reallocation of resources can arise as the year progresses.
