29 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht if he will extend the opening hours of the National Museum, Dublin 2, particularly in summertime, until 9 p.m.; the likely opening hours of Collins Barracks, Dublin 7, when the new museum opens; and if he will make a statement on the matter. With regard to the opening hours of the National Museum at Kildare Street, I refer the Deputy to my reply to Question No. 40 on 20 February last (Volume 475. No. 3, Column 590).
In relation to the opening times for the new facility at Collins Barracks, it is envisaged that they would be similar to those at present in the museum's Kildare Street premises.
