Ceist:

87 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications when the Yugoslav Airlines 737 aircraft which are currently impounded at Dublin Airport will be released to Yugoslav Airlines in view of the fact that Yugoslav Airlines offered to pay all outstanding charges; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The issues surrounding the release of the aircraft in question, including appropriate reimbursement by the owners of the costs incurred by the State, are now close to being resolved. It is hoped that the aircraft can be allowed to depart shortly.
