217 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will request a report from the Garda authorities in the Kilmainham District, Dublin 8, regarding the action, if any, they have taken in response to the request of residents (details supplied) in Dublin 8. [15283/97]

: I am informed by the Garda authorities that the gardaí at Kilmainham station are aware of the problem at the premises referred to in the letter to the Deputy. This matter is receiving the appropriate Garda attention.
