34 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will ensure that the members of the Milk Rights Group will be compensated to the same extent and on the same basis and subject to the same qualifications as though they had been members of the Development Plan Farmers Group which won the Supreme Court case on 4 March 1997. 99 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if his Department will compensate the members of the Milk Rights Group in the same way as if they had been members of the Development Plan Farmers Group. [15847/97]
I propose to take Questions Nos. 34 and 99 together.
The case referred to relates to a number of named producers and is still subject to further litigation in the High Court. No provision otherwise has been made in this respect.
