It is grossly disorderly for the Deputy to be on his feet while the Chair is addressing the House and particularly while the Chair is taking a division.
Under Standing Order 61 the division claimed is postponed until before the Order of Business tomorrow. The Deputy stands suspended and must withdraw from the Chamber. He may however vote in that division. The Deputy is suspended and must withdraw.
The Minister came in here and undermined the case——
