I wish to announce that the following Members have been appointed to the All-Party Committee on the Constitution: Deputies Lenihan, Daly, McGennis and Kirk and Senator O'Donovan from the Fianna Fáil Party; Senator Dardis from the Progressive Democrats Party; Deputies J. O'Keeffe and Enright and Senator O'Dowd from the Fine Gael Party; Deputy McDowell and Senator O'Meara from the Labour Party and Deputy McManus from Democratic Left. Deputy Lenihan is nominated as Chairman and Deputy J. O'Keeffe as Vice Chairman.
