Funding for the Army Equitation School has been provided from the national lottery since 1992 when £325,000 was provided. In the current year a provision of £445,000 has been allocated for the equitation school.
I am hopeful that the 1998 Estimate for Defence will provide for a substantial increase in the allocation for the equitation school.
