292 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Health and Children if his Department will issue a small refund to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 10 who inadvertently paid part of the cost of dentures when she was entitled to them free of charge. [18725/97]
As the provision of dental treatment to eligible persons in Dublin 10 is the statutory responsibility of the Eastern Health Board, I have asked the chief executive officer of the Eastern Health Board to investigate the position in relation to this case and to reply to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
