238 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will provide an estimate of the party and independent representation in the current Dáil if the modification of the electoral system which he outlined in a newspaper article (details supplied) had been in place on 6 June 1997 on the basis of the electoral results obtained on that day.
