147 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Education and Science if he has received a request from a school (details supplied) in County Cork for classroom improvements and an extension; if so, if he will indicate the current position regarding this project; and if he will make a statement on the matter. An application for additional accommodation at this school has been received in my Department. A schedule of accommodation for the proposed extension and improvements to the existing building has been agreed with the school authorities. A letter issued to the school recently concerning the appointment of a design team in order to initiate the architectural planning of this project. My Department now awaits a reply from the school.
