Ceist:258 Mr. Enright asked the Minister for Health and Children if his attention has been drawn to the recommendations of the World Health Organisation to have a universal childhood vaccination for hepatitis B on or before December 1997; if his attention has been further been drawn to the fact that quite a number of European Union member states have already decided to implement this vaccination programme; the consideration, if any, he has given to this matter, and when he will implement this vaccination programme.
