132 Mr. Higgins (Dublin West) asked the Minister for Defence if he will provide Deputy Higgins with copies of all leases, licences and agreements made between him and the Turf Club, the trustees of the Turf Club, the Racing Board and the Irish Horse Racing Authority. [22226/97]

The agreements referred to are privileged documents between the Minister for Defence and the other organisations involved and cannot therefore be released by me without the permission of the other parties.
