The Task Force on Communicating Europe met on 9 October for the first time since responsibility for it was transferred from the Department of the Taoiseach to the Department of Foreign Affairs. The meeting, which was essentially a stock-taking exercise, served as a reminder of the important EU agenda on which the task force might focus in the period ahead.
