133 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Health and Children the composition of the inter-departmental team of officials to assist him in relation to the Government's recent decision to reinstate the Minister of State with responsibility in the Departments of Health and Children, of Education and Science and of Justice, Equality and Law Reform; the timescale for its establishment; and its terms of reference. It is intended to use the provisions of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 to appoint a cross-departmental team to assist me in regard to my responsibilities for child care in the Departments in which I have responsibilities. The composition of the team and its terms of reference are under consideration. I will notify the Deputy once the team has been established.
