Ceist:188 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Finance if a person (details supplied) in County Wexford is due an income tax rebate; and, if so, when it will be paid. [3257/98]
Written Answers. - Tax Rebates.
I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the inspector of taxes has no record of having received an application for a refund of tax from the taxpayer. The inspector has now issued an application form P50 to the taxpayer. When this is returned, with parts 2 and 3 of form P45, any refund due will be issued.
