312 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will have arrangements made to have finance, which has already been approved by his Department made available towards the resurfacing of a playground in Bagenalstown national school, County Carlow, in view of the fact that it is now in a dangerous and deplorable condition. The resurfacing of the playground at the school to which the Deputy refers will be considered in the light of available funds. At present, my Department is not in a position to provide grant-aid due to existing contractual commitments.
