Ceist:282 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Recreation the position in relation to the application for a sports recreational grant for a club (details supplied) in County Kildare. [4065/98]

An application from the club was received in my Department in May 1997 and will be considered when grant allocations are being made for the coming year in accordance with the criteria for awarding such grants as set out in the terms and conditions of the sports capital programme.
