84 Mr. Quinn asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if her attention has been drawn to an advertisement (details supplied) offering offshore companies and trusts to non-nationals and nationals; if her Department is aware of this company; if she has satisfied herself that the company is properly incorporated, registered and working within the law; and if she will make a statement on the matter. International Company Services (Ireland) Limited, previously known as Sovereign Management Limited, was incorporated under the Companies Acts on 18 July 1988. Its registered office is at 109 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2. The last annual return filed by the company was made up to 30 June 1996 and was delivered to the Registrar of Companies on 15 September 1997. No return has yet been made in respect of 1997. The company's annual returns are available for public inspection in the Companies Registration Office. I understand that the company acts as a companies formation agent.
