I propose to take Questions Nos. 43 and 115 together.
The AER 3 competition is not being conducted by my Department. It is being conducted by an independent agency — ETSU. The competition is still under way and, as the Deputy will appreciate, a definitive answer cannot be given to his question until the competition is completed in the coming weeks.
