Ceist:242 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of referrals from the courts sitting in County Westmeath for the psychiatric assessment and or treatment of offenders for each of the years from 1992 to 1997 inclusive; the location of assessment or treatment of these referrals; whether this assessment or treatment was turned out on an inpatient and outpatient basis; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
