The Exchequer has not invested in Eircell Limited. Eircell Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Telecom Éireann and the question of any funds provided by Telecom Eireann to Eircell is a day-to-day matter for the company and, as the Deputy will appreciate, one in which I have no function.
